Not damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Attach photos if the product is damaged or defective

  4. Wait for return authorization instructions

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we may cover return shipping costs.For customer preference returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Refund Exceptions

Shipping fees, gift wrapping charges, customs duties, and taxes may be non-refundable unless required by law.
